How did I come up with the name Banana Bread Baby?
Gluten-Free /Dairy-Free /Nut-Free
Heat oven to 350*. Mix the dry ingredients together. Mash your bananas and whisk your eggs in seperate bowl. Combine eggs, oil and vanilla to large bowl and mix slowly. Combine bananas and apple sauce to eggs mixture. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet and use a large wooden spoon (not mixer). Add optional ingredients as you pour into loaf pan (this recipe makes 4 mini loaves) sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Tip* Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooling on a wire rack! Definatly enjoy these while they are still warm!
1 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Flour ( I used G Free)
1/4 Tsp Koscher Salt
1/2 Cup Regular Rolled Oats (not the 1 mintue kind)
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 Cup Mashed Banana (2 super brown and lovely cold bananas)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 Tbl spoons vanilla
1/2 cup applesauce sweetened or un sweetened
1/2 Cup Chocolate Morsels

Heat oven to 350*. Mix the first 5 ingredients together. Mash your bananas and grate your unpeeled apple (or use applesauce). Combine eggs, oil and vanilla to large bowl and mix slowly. Combine bananas and apple to eggs mixture. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet and use a large wooden spoon (not mixer). Add optional ingredients. pour into loaf pan (this recipe makes 3 loaves) and bake for 55 minutes.

2 Cups Sugar

5 super brown ripe bananas
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup grated apples (applesauce)
Dried Cranberries or Raisins 1/2 cup
Crushed Pecans 1/2 cup
